I am so grateful for their help! My boiler wasn’t working (no heating or hot water) I called them to book in for it to be fixed. When I explained the problems to the engineer he said it sounded like an easy fix, which it was! I’m not the best with things like this but he was happy to talk me through all the steps, and ask as many questions as I needed to fix it myself so I didn’t need to pay for a call out. Honestly the best service! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The work that the plummer did was excellent. They came out promptly and completed the in good time.

Wayne from Biotech Heating was called in for an emergency repair for our underfloor heating system. Furthermore, we had on-going issues with our Vaillant boiler that British Gas engineers couldn’t figure out for almost 3 months. Wayne and his colleague came in did a thorough investigation and was able to fix it in one go. On that day and going forward we have hot water and heating continuously. Due to Wayne’s extensive knowledge and experience we were able to get back some compensation from British Gas for excess invoices we were charged due to their inexperience. Would definitely recommend to anyone to be free from hassle and they even offer service contracts which we have signed up for already after immediately cancelling the British Gas contract. The phone operator was lovely, helpful and sympathetic. Wayne was extremely patient, pleasant and so efficient. I sent a photograph of the boiler and he talked me through the issue over the phone, which was soon sorted. Highly recommended on that basis.

Biotech answered their phone at 830am on a Sunday. Wayne was so helpful, he understood what the problem was immediately and how it could be resolved. We sent a few pictures and the hot water and heating is back on within the hour. Super fast, super helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
